I Use Crayons for Colouring

Goal and Objectives  

  Goal: To make the student aware that the crayons are used only for colouring.

  Objectives:

  The student will:

      • Learn to regulate himself/herself and choose a suitable alternative for chewing and biting.
      • Remember to keep the crayons back in their place after using them.
      • Learn to use other’s crayons with their permission.
      • Learn to express their sensory needs appropriately.
      • Be aware that biting crayons is harmful to the health.
      • Understand the right way of using crayons.

Social Narrative

input of the situation, people, feelings, thoughts,
appropriate behaviour, etc. to the child/adult with
special needs.
