Just as each child is unique with their own talents and skills, so is the case with the volunteers who can commit their time, skills, knowledge, experience and efforts for creating a better tomorrow for our children.
To be able to give our best, Swami exhorts all the volunteers to carry their equipment for seva as sadhana. The Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini Inclusive Education Project has a dedicate Volunteer Onboarding team.
The volunteer onboarding team aims to quickly and effectively introduce new volunteers to their roles through a structured process. Their goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters a sense of belonging. They provide Inclusive Education volunteers with e-Pragyan training sessions, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. This approach ensures that volunteers feel prepared and valued, allowing them to contribute meaningfully as soon as possible.
